Learn to make your own “chainmail” mesh out of thread by stitching on wash-away stabilizer, then take your new chainmail mesh fabric and join it to a zipper. These 6.5 inch square bags are so easy to make, and they’re great for potpourri, washing delicates, sea shell finding and more. You’ll love how the fabric stretches and feels. Depending on the thread you use, you may even try placing a sponge inside to create a scouring pad!
